Understanding elk antler weight is key to choosing the right chew—our large split antlers are sized to suit this range. If your pup is within this weight bracket but is a strong chewer, we highly recommend going up at least one to two split antler sizes.

Please keep in mind that split antlers typically do not last as long as whole pieces. These are whole pieces that have been cut down the middle; Completely exposing the yummy marrow.

We personally believe they are best suited for young dogs just learning to chew and senior dogs with softer teeth/chew.

You know your pup best. If they fall within this weight range but they are a strong chewer, we recommend going up to a extra large or jumbo split chew.

• Extra Small: 4"+ long and for dogs 5-15 pounds in weight

• Small: 4"+ long and for dogs 5-25 pounds in weight

• Medium: 5"+ long and for dogs 20-45 pounds in weight

• Large: 6"+ long and for dogs 45-70 pounds in weight

• Extra Large (XL): 7"+ long and for dogs 65-85 pounds in weight

• Jumbo (XXL): 8"+ long and for dogs 85+ pounds in weight

• MONSTER: 8"+ long and for the strongest chewers out there
